It boasts 4 bedrooms that include THREE King Sized Beds, and two sets of FULL over FULL bunk beds, so everyone in your group can sleep comfortably. The pool area is the entertainers dream with a full wet-bar including a sink, mini fridge, ceiling fan and smart TV. There are comfortable loungers throughout the pool area and a firepit that is perfect in the winter for chilly nights by the pool. The pool is lined with cute little string lights and the yard is fully fenced and perfect for bringing your four-legged friends! The location cannot be beat, as we are nearby everything Cape Coral has to offer – shopping, restaurants, golf courses and our favorite fisherman’s village of Matlacha. We are directly across the street from a canal and the neighborhood offers a wonderful walk or bike ride, as there are burrowing owls down the street as well as a gopher tortoise sanctuary. There is something for everyone at this home, and we’ve worked hard to provide our guests with the best amenities and offerings possible.
