Her home is so adorable, has literally every amenity you could ask for and my favorite…was her little coffee bar set up. We would hands down stay here again and can’t thank her enough for her patience and kindness!

June-15 2023We were looking for a place for a quiet and relaxing weekend with our friends (we do this at least 3 times a year), and Breyan's place was the perfect spot for this. The constant communication and quick responses made our experience even better. The house was very clean and well equipped, the pool area was perfect for the kids to enjoy, we wished we had more vacation time to stay a couple of more days. We will definitely look up Breyan's place again in the future.

April-10 2023Great place to stay with family. We give it a five star rating . The house was well equipped and clean. The pool was awesome and also clean. Our granddaughters spent as much time in the pool as on the beaches. It is close to Sanibel Island where you have endless beaches to explore. The bikes are well maintained and the community quiet enough that our granddaughters could ride bike on the roads without worrying about traffic. Burrowing owls are also close by for wildlife viewing along with a gopher tortoise that lives on the property. Would definitely stay there again. We made many family memories.

March-16 2022This is a really nice house that can fit a big group easily! The beds are all super comfortable and, unlike so many rentals, there are tons of towels! The neighborhood was quiet and close to lots of fun adventures. We especially enjoyed our time at the house in the heated pool and outside living area. Relaxing around the fire pit was a perfect way to spend our vacation evenings!

Neighborhood is quiet, safe and an easy ride to downtown Ft Meyers, Sanibel and Pine Island- all areas we explored. It was always great to come back to this house at the end of the day and hang out at the pool and firepit at night. No trick photography here. What the pictures look like is what you we saw. Breyan was great to deal with and quick with responses.

All rooms are large with comfortable beds, plenty of sitting and eating areas. Home is decorated really nice from inside to out. Pool is large and heated. There were games for all ages, pool toys for pool and beach. 10 bikes of all sizes to use. Everything for a baby or small child. Located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Location is great, very short drive to many stores and restaurants. Frt. Myers Beach and Sanibel with traffic was about a 45-50 minute drive. Communication with Breyan was great! Let her know if you have any questions about anything and she will help you. We would highly recommend staying at this home and hope too defiantly be back again! Thank you so much Breyan!!!!

She let us do early check in since the home was already ready by the time we arrived. We had our 16 month old daughter with us and having all of the kids equipment (pack n play and high chair) already there was so incredibly helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed the heated salt water pool and the coffee bar was amazing for my early morning rises to just sit and enjoy a cup of coffee! The space was clean and just really felt like home.

January-20 2023This is an adorable house in a very quaint neighborhood. There is very little traffic on the street making walks and bike rides with the family fun and easy. The pool, tv and fire table out back make a little outdoor oasis which we enjoyed thoroughly The house has lots of *extras* including a pack n play, stroller, bikes, a scooter and multiple helmets! The host is very responsive and kind and worked hard to quickly fix some pool issues we had on check in As mentioned earlier, the neighborhood is VERY quiet and peaceful which we loved 99% of the time but some of our young childrens’ midday joyful noise at the pool was not received well by neighbors. The host was very understanding and apologetic but I would be mindful of this if considering renting with lots of small children!

Breyan was so kind and helpful when any question was asked. Can’t say enough good things about this home and host. The only thing I would say is I’m not sure it’s the best area to stay in with teenagers. It is definitely a retirement area and the quiet time begins a little early for kids who want to enjoy the patio on their spring break. Our family consisted of 7 kids from the ages of 13-18 and they are not ready to shut it down at 10pm :). Also, during spring break time it took us over an hour to get to any beach worth going to. But that was a timing thing for us! Other than that cannot say enough great things about the host and home itself. Thank you for letting us stay.

February-09 2022stayed for several days with 3 generations of family and we all absolutely loved the house and had a wonderful time there! the bedrooms and various seating areas are very comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen very clean and modern, and we were very pleased with the thoughtful extra amenities offered (the coffee bar, the beach towels and coolers, the fleet of bicycles, etc) that helped make it feel like a home-away-from-home. just as lovely as pictured with a very communicative host who we would definitely rent from again!!

August-09 2022Great house for vacation! We loved the coffee bar area. We were traveling to visit friends and had 4 adults (2 couples) and 3 kids. We did not read the listing closely enough to realize the bunk room and master were actually joined rooms. So the adults took the 2 king bed rooms and let the kids have the master and bunk area. It was perfect!!! The house was in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to go biking using the bikes provided at the house. We went to the beach a couple of times, the yacht club beach area was about 15 minutes away and fort Myers beach was about 30 min. There was a lot to do around the fort Myers beach. There are lots of amenities available at the house and so many extras that are exceptionally nice such as all the beach items and bikes!!! Breyan was great at getting back to me quickly and staying in contact through our visit.

All garbage and waste must be properly disposed of in designated containers.
Guest agrees to treat the property with care and maintain a safe and clean environment during their stay.
Guest will notify the property associates immediately of any damages that may occur.
Guest will notify property associates immediately of any breakdowns of property systems or appliances that may need repair.
Guests are not allowed to attempt repair of any property contents or systems.
No candles allowed on property.
Owner requires a fully refundable $500 security deposit prior to arrival.
All reservations are subject to owner screening and approval before they become final. This will occur within 24 hours of the booking.

- Pets must remain on a leash when outside of the home. Cape Coral has a "leash law"
- Pets are not allowed to sleep in any of the beds
- Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture without a guest provided blanket or cover
- ALL pet waste must be picked up and removed prior to check-out
- If your pet has separation anxiety, and damages things when left alone - please do not leave alone in the house.
- If we find you have brought an unauthorized pet onto the property without approval, you will be charged a non-refundable pet fee of $500.
